On Saturday, April 25th, the Franklin County Commissioners, Goodwill Columbus, Columbus Clippers and Dispatch Media Group held their third annual Earth Day E-Waste Collection Event at Huntington Park.

Seven new members of the Central Ohio workforce graduated yesterday from Green Corps, a vocational training program that helps prepare low-income young people for jobs in horticulture-related industries.

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners today passed a resolution awarding a $150,000 grant to provide training for 550 new, full-time employees at Columbus Castings.
