Franklin County is asking residents to take part in the 2015-2019 Consolidated Planning process. Please take a few minutes to participate in the Consolidated Plan resident survey. The Consolidated Plan is a collaborative process to identify housing and community development needs and to establish goals, priorities, and strategies to address those needs, especially for low and moderate income households. Franklin County needs your help in setting priorities for the use of funds for community development issues in our community.
