Franklin County Memorial Hall located at 280 E. Broad Street will remain closed today. Employees who work in the building and were previously asked to report to work at noon are being asked to stay home today as power has not yet been restored to the building.
Memorial Hall houses Franklin County’s Board of Elections, Office on Aging, Sanitary Engineering, the County’s Print Shop and Public Health.
